NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal meetings, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered an individual assistance that is designed together with the customer according to their needs. The customer is involved in the recruitment and in the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

About the position:

We are now looking for substitutes who want to work as personal assistants for our customer just south of Varberg.

The working hours are scheduled from 07-16, 16-23, 23-07 or alternatively day shifts with sleeping on-call from 9-9.

This is a double-staffed case, which means that there are always two people working at the same time.

We are looking for guys aged 25-35 with great social skills who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and preferably have a playful relationship with your customer and colleagues.

Job description:

Working as a personal assistant is varied and can change significantly from day to day. It also means having a meaningful job where you help another human being with the things in everyday life that many take for granted. This can include dressing oneself, cooking, taking a walk, or other essential tasks to make everyday life function.

As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you are working for. The profession places high demands on flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant.

As there is a great need for care, we prefer candidates with experience in this field, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable in such situations, as employment begins with shadowing combined with training for delegated tasks.

It is an advantage if you have an interest in sports, as it is common to watch hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the user.

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as it involves receiving and giving instructions about the customer's care
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience in care and nursing work
